“No road worth walking was finished before the first traveler set out on it.”
— City surveyor, Minos
Road Map
Current: Milestone 5 — Life Is Hard (in progress)
Next: Milestone 6 — The Lean Ground
Milestone 1 & 2 — July 17 – August 1, 2026
The foundation: Warriors and Mystics playable, the city of Minos built and open for business, banks and Iron Notes trading live, chests and shops working, Rogues and Clerics built and waiting in the wings.
Milestone 2.5 — August 1st, 2026
Mystics activated. Minos rounds out with an armorer, blacksmith, fishmonger, a proper inn, and more homes on the market.
Milestone 3 — Faith and Reckoning — August 8th, 2026
Clerics are live. A reputation system now follows you through a life — your deeds, honorable or not, shape how the world treats you. Real estate went up for sale in Minos. New faces have appeared around town, each with their own stories — talk to everyone, some of them have work for you if you’re the helpful type. Something’s gone missing from the Assessor’s office, and there’s a reward for whoever finds it. Trouble’s brewing along the roads leading out of town, in more than one direction. Minos itself keeps growing — a lumberyard, more homes, farmland and a graveyard outside the walls, and a second gate by the bank.
Milestone 4 — The Walls
Rogues activate. New quests, new trades in Minos (a farmer, a hunter, a miner), more homes, and the first real work on making the world’s gathering skills actually matter.
Milestone 5 — Life Is Hard
A season of consequence. Honor gets real teeth — including curses for those who stray too far from it. Exhaustion becomes something you have to manage, not just flavor text. The mountains and deserts stop being scenery and start being genuine hazards without the right preparation. Skill starts to matter for miners, fishers, and loggers — not just speed, but yield and risk. And if you’ve been leaning too hard on the tavern, that’s about to catch up with you too.
Milestone 6 — The Lean Ground
A second city rises: Ban Jal. Crops can now fall to blight, and the Clerics have a prayer for it. The world’s gathering trades get harder before they get easier.
Milestone 7 — Delve
A third city: Othamas, city of craft and learning. Players can band together properly for the first time. The deep places of the world get more dangerous — mining is no longer just digging.
Milestone 8 — The City of Abundance
A fourth city: Venkapor, the largest and most complete settlement yet. What you gather doesn’t keep forever anymore — plan your stores accordingly.
Final Polish
The wild world gets its teeth back — predators that hunt, flee, and keep their own numbers in check, the way the herds already do.
Milestone 9 — Launch
The full release of Irrupt.
